About Jackie

Jackie offers a unique perspective in working with executives and senior leaders. She believes building good relationships is the bedrock of succeeding as a leader in the workforce. Fundamentally, “you take yourself with you wherever you go,” and thus the key to developing good relationships with others begins with an awareness of yourself and a highly tuned capacity for listening. By exploring your impact on others and how they impact you, you will learn how to cultivate authentic and successful relationships in work and life. Jackie creates a unique space that supports people to sharpen self-awareness, observe others and to recognise the dynamics operating in groups.

Formally qualified with a Bachelor of Behavioural Sciences and Graduate Diplomas in both Applied Organisational Psychology and Gestalt Therapy, Jackie is a registered psychologist and is committed to ongoing personal learning through supervision and various professional development forums. She has over 17 years experience in human resources management, organisational consulting, coaching and counselling. Jackie has worked for and consulted to top Australian organisations, including ANZ, NAB, BP, KPMG, IBM, MDA, Drake, Bupa, Nortel, Nike, Bank of Melbourne / Westpac, Pitcher Partners, Link Consulting and a number of private enterprises across industries. Jackie has worked on leadership development and the executive talent and leadership program with ANZ. She has also played an active role as business equity partner in Horizon Petroleum, a chain of service stations & convenience stores in Victoria. The breadth of these experiences has provided her with a depth of insight into businesses large and small.

Bringing a genuine vitality and presence to her work, Jackie has a firm belief in meeting clients where they are at. This involves her working strategically and intuitively to design a tailored process to meet the actual needs of her clients as opposed to ‘selling’ in an off the shelf program made for the masses. She is authentic, consistent, has a good sense of humour, plays a straight bat and is comfortable to disclose when she comes across something that is outside her area of expertise. Committed to nurturing her strong network of other coaches and independent consultants, Jackie is well supported and often collaborates and refers.

Married with three small, beautiful boys, Jackie enjoys a busy and active family and community life. With a lively and often noisy home, she takes pleasure in the sanctuary of her Melbourne CBD Little Collins street rooms where her professional practice is based. Many of her coaching clients choose to meet Jackie in the tranquillity of thefoundry at Stalbridge Chambers and find that the shift in physical space is helpful in reflecting on how they are being in their work life, as opposed to simply what they are doing.
